פרויקט התחדשות עירונית על פי הוראות תמ"א 38 חיזוק ועיבוי. במסגרת הפרויקט, יחוזק הבניין הקיים מפני רעידות אדמה, ישופץ ויורחב כך שכל דירת בעלים קיימת תורחב בממ"ד תקני, מרפסת שמש, לובי ראשי מורחב ומשופץ.

 

בניין קיים ובו 16 יחידות דיור קיימות

במסגרת הפרויקט יבנה היזם 10 יחידות דיור חדשות בשתיים וחצי קומות.
