המשרד הינו משרד מוביל בתחום ליווי פרויקטים גדולים ובינוניים של קבוצות רכישה ומלווה מספר רב של קבוצות רכישה בשלבים שונים, במסגרת ניסיוננו הרב הסתיימו ונמסרו עשרות פרויקטים של קבוצות רכישה במרכז הארץ. משרדנו מלווה את רוכשי הדירות החל ממועד רכישת הקרקע במשותף ועד לקבלת מפתח, כאשר משרדנו מטפל בכל הנושאים המשפטיים הכרוכים בהשגת היתרי בניה, התקשרות עם בעלי מקצוע, קבלת וקביעת מסגרות לליווי בנקאי, התקשרות עם קבלן מבצע, רישום בית משותף, דיווח העסקאות לרשויות המס, טיפול והגשת עררים וייצוג הקבוצות בהתנגדויות, ועוד.
